I’m not sure where I heard this, but this idea isn’t my own; when you’re feeling creatively tapped or need some inspiration, ask yourself;
“What would my customer experience be if I had unlimited funds?”
Would you send each customer a thank you card? Would you give free samples with every online order? Would you have a follow-up email sequence asking for a testimonial?
The thing about this exercise is that you can often get there and start building towards it today.
